This text provides a privacy notice regarding the use

that we carry out and explain in detail below, it is essential not to collect
your data other than your personal data that will be sufficient for the
execution of these processes. For this reason, when you contact us, we kindly
ask you not to share your sensitive personal data (race, ethnic origin,
political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs,
appearance and dress, association, foundation, association or union
membership, health, data on sexual life, criminal conviction and security

Site Shopping (Shopping as a member or without membership) Processes
We process your personal

· For the purposes of carrying out the shopping transaction, preparing
orders, packaging, preparing delivery notes, shipping, updating delivery
information, delivering your order to you, distinguishing your records that we
have created in our system from the records of other customers, fulfilling
after-sales operational transactions (such as exchange, return, product
inspection), informing you about your order and sending you the e-invoice
related to your shopping; Your Identity Information (name, surname,

Information (your credit/debit card information (credit/debit card information is transferred to the payment

Site Membership (Site/Mobile
Application) Processes
We process your personal

· For the purposes of ensuring the fulfilling of membership transactions,
to fulfill the requirements of the membership agreement we will conclude with
you, to enable you to log in as a member, to provide you with membership
information; obtained (partially automatically) by recording the information
you provide for site membership in the Company systems; your Identity Information
(name, surname), Contact Information (e-mail address, phone number),
Customer Transaction Information (customer number, membership date information)
and Transaction Security Information (password information in concealed
form, single-use SMS verification code sent to the mobile phone); based on the
legal reason that "it is necessary to process personal data belonging
to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the
establishment or performance of a contract",
· In order to provide you, as a member, with the service of viewing your
order history, your Customer Transaction Information (shopping date,
shopping amount, time, amount, shopping content, payment details) obtained
(partially automatically) through your shopping on the Site or Mobile
Application, based on the legal reason that "it is necessary to process
personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly
related to the establishment or performance of a contract",
· If you are a member customer, and register your
registered ROQU product with its product number on the Mobile Application, for
the purposes of facilitating the execution of customer relationship processes,
tracking of product/service quality (product monitoring, quality control and
management processes), and to share information about the product and its use
with you, our customers); your Identity Information (name, surname), Contact
Information (e-mail address, phone number), Customer Transaction
Information (customer number, product number, demand/complaint
information), Other Information (Technical information about the product
(such as opening, closing, and locking status, modification of lighting colors,
setting speed limits for the product, charging status, product
durability/damage status, historical error codes associated with the product))
and Transaction Security Information (user activities related to the
product, IP address information, log records, encrypted password information,
single-use SMS verification code received on the mobile phone, duration of
Mobile Application usage, information related to the device on which the Mobile
Application is used (device ID, brand, model, technical specifications, and
operating system information) based on the legal reason that “it is
necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided
that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”;
for reporting traffic accidents that occur during the use of the product and
taking necessary actions, as well as for GPS tracking for the safety of the
product and yourself; your Location Information (The GPS data obtained
during the use of the product) and Other Information (information on the
accident) based on the legal reason that "it is necessary to process
personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is
directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "data processing is
mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it
does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".
Commercial
Communication Processes
· If you give permission for commercial communication, for the purposes of
transmitting invitations regarding general or personalized campaigns,
advantages, product and service descriptions, survey studies, promotions,
advertisements, competitions, sweepstakes, invitations, opening and other
events created Site Membership, marketing activities and commercial
communication activities for you; if you give your "explicit consent"
we process your Identity Information (name, surname) and Contact
Information (phone number, e-mail address) obtained (partially
automatically and non-automatically) by entering your information through the

non-automated means) through entering your information on the Website or Mobile
Application, verbally stating your information at Stores, or using existing

Mobile Application, Website agreements, and to detect suspicious transactions
and unlawful uses, enabling the blocking and unblocking processes; your Identity
Information (name, surname), Contact Information (phone number,
e-mail address, address), Financial Information (only 6 and last 4
digits of your credit/debit card), Customer Transaction Information (Shopping
transaction information, order/cart information, shopping transaction amount,
payment method), Transaction Security Information (IP address
information, log records, password information in concealed form) through
purchasing from the website and using existing information in the company's
systems, obtained through automated and partially automated means, based on the
legal grounds that "it is necessary to process personal data belonging
to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the
establishment or performance of a contract", "it is mandatory
for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" and "data
processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller,

from which we receive integration services in this regard and electronic
message intermediary service providers from which we receive services in this

number, e-mail address) and Legal Transaction Information (commercial
communication approval/ denial information, source of approval, how the
approval was received, date and time of approval, communication method),
· If you wish to make your payment by credit/debit card for the purpose of
fulfilling the payment, To the banks and electronic payment institutions from
which we receive services, without being recorded by us; your Financial
Information (credit/debit card information); for the purpose of carrying

service providers, application management, maintenance and support service
providers, software development service providers, Site and Mobile application
usage monitoring service providers, integration service providers) from whom we
receive products, services and consultancy services on information technologies;

digits of your credit/debit card, debit/credit information if you are a sole

approval within the scope of commercial communication, IP address information,
password information in concealed form, Mobile Application usage time,

information), if any, the camera permission given to find the product by
scanning the barcode on the Mobile Application, the single-use SMS verification
code sent to the mobile phone if you are a Site Member) and Legal
Action Information (if any, consent information regarding the explicit
consent text, commercial communication consent/refusal information, source of
consent, how the consent was obtained, date and time of consent, contact
method, information about the relevant dispute process),

amount in case of payment at the door; complaint information, product
and delivery information in case of delivery problems) to our suppliers providing
cargo, courier, warehouse and logistics services that we receive support in cargo,
courier and logistics services;

surname), Contact Information (phone number) to our suppliers and
payment institutions related to the relevant transaction, from which we receive
consultancy services when necessary for the purposes of tracking and detecting
suspicious transactions and preventing illegal transactions,
